BottleDrop

They need to fix this cause really the only thing you can use bottle drop for right now is groceries.

This is an awesome idea but have had issues with not receiving my amount and bags go missing. If this is supposed to be handled by paid employees then i would expect to not have to keep track of numbers and what not. Mainly drop at sandy fred meyer location. 4 bags have not been credited. So its a nice idea but also has flaws and frustrations.

The app does NOT remember your password. I have to fill it in every time! Here is no biometric ID. The QR code often is not readable by the outdoor bag deposit scanner.

Initially, I thought this app was very easy to use. However, when I set up an account to transfer my BottleDrop funds to, I was unable to because the button that links to the terms and limits rest on top of the transfer button. So you can’t transfer anything because the transfer button is blocked by the terms and limits button so if you click on it, you just get taken to a webpage about the terms and limit, very frustrating.

Such a hassle , I used to transfer Money through Venmo and PayPal now its not working.

The app doesn’t work. Keep getting the message “The username or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again.” I can log on to the website with no problem. I’ve tried to request help to get this app login error resolved. I end up in the endless bot loop with NO resolution!

Garbage app doesn’t work AT ALL!

whenever i log in it says, “log in failed unexpectedly please try again.” i tried over and over and then reached out to customer service to be told that my email isn’t connected to the account?? i just made the account yesterday.

App is buggy. Will not let me login. (I know un/pw are correct because I use a password manager and they work on the bottledrop website.)

The app constantly logs you out. It’s now not recognising my user name or email - even though I’m still getting emails to that account from BottleDrop when I try to get a link to log in again. I’m stuck and can’t use my balance.
