Boubyan Drive doesn’t work
It’s been 5 months & Boubyan Drive never worked since the day I bought the policy. First they said that IT team is working on solving it, then they asked to send screen recordings, then they asked me to upgrade to iOS 18 & it still doesn’t work. Boubyan is selling a product which is way beyond the capabilities of their IT team to handle. Update : Eman from customer service was always in touch with me after I raised the concern. She took great efforts to co-ordinate with IT team, kept me updated and finally solved the issue. It’s working fine as of today. Kudos to Eman! The rating changes to 5 😊.
