I’ve had such bad experiences trying to book and see my bookings, the waitlist feature just purely doesn’t work. Every time you navigate to a screen it seems like the data displayed is completely random. At present I am waitlisted in 1 location, but if I tap the calendar for today on the booking screen it shows my waitlisted for 3 locations. I have also somehow booked myself twice in the same booking. It’s amazing how something so simple can work so badly.

If you put your credit card details in, even to just pay for a one time single entry pass (not even the recurring membership) there is no way to remove it afterwards. No way to erase your card details. Proceed with caution.

Can’t even create account, just returns an error message that says “An error occurred in decoding” without explaining what exactly went wrong.

I booked a slot for sunday but the app keeps displaying it as saturday so I cancel and rebook, tried logging out and logging in again to fix the issue but suddenly I was forced to recreate my account and my pass was gone??? My twenty bucks bro...

Unable to search for a friend and was request to use BM Email but have no idea where to get that details

Like everyone I’m having the same issue of using the passes, I wrote in an email and it wasn’t helpful. So I called in and the receiver (didn’t get her name sadly) was more helpful and was able to reserve a slot for me so that I can head down on the actual day to use my pass… hope this helps everyone!

App is unintuitive; attempts to book results in error prompts

Doesn’t allow me to book for multiple friends, doesn’t let me book multiple slots in the same day, on the mobile website difficult to navigate to find the bookings calendar also, terrible UX. Would not want to visit BM after I clear my passes.

Can’t book n so confusing.

App looks nice. App is a ferrari with no engine and seats. Just nice design thats all. Functionality and ux is BAD.
