The app takes WAY too long to launch. Today it took 4 minutes of my 8 minute drive to load and get through the clicks to start playing my book. My phone screen often turns off before the app is done loading. It’s almost to the point of being unusable.

Takes forever to load, requires internet connection to retain your spot, even when book is downloaded. Just buggy and poorly designed overall. Only positive is I can easily search for and checkout audiobooks for free from my library.

I really enjoy using this app! Most of the time, I can access books quickly, with shorter wait times compared to Libby, which is a huge plus. However, the app’s frequent freezing and crashing can be very frustrating. It often logs me out, forcing me to re-enter my details, and many times the keyboard doesn’t even appear, making it impossible to log back in. This issue really needs to be addressed to improve the user experience.

I searched 3 top sellers currently available in Libby and 0 of the titles are carried in Boundless. The search and advanced criteria is clunky and returns no results. Perhaps my local library access doesn’t get me all titles?

This app couldn’t be worse. It takes forever to load and just fails out of the blue for no reason and blinks out then takes another 5 minutes to load up again. I try to find books on every other app before I use this one.

Frustrating to use because it’s ridiculously slow to load and navigate. Why does it force you to have multiple profiles?

First of all I must say that Boundless carries most of the books I want to read. But then…the app lags worse than any other app I’ve ever used. It can take 30 seconds to respond to a tap. My screen will shut down before I get a response. I’ve tried uninstalling it to no avail. Isn’t there something that can be done to fix this problem?

It freezes so much that I often can’t get in to read. I am currently trying to load my book, but you see that I’m here instead, so that’s not going well. Also, it logs me out sometimes, but it doesn’t allow for the keyboard to appear in order to enter the username and password, so that’s fun too.

Constant issues. Half the time won’t load or populate title on my shelf. Does not play on some Bluetooth connections. Wonky, slow interface. Hard to tell where you are in a book.

I suggest any other reader than this one. Too many steps to get to the books.
