Bowers & Wilkins Headphones

Will not connect to my PI5 S2’s. I try to add them, it shows it’s found them, but then says unable to connect and to use the Bowers and Wilkins music app to continue. I’ve already connected them to that app. But this app, I used for other setting changes. This worked with my PI5 S1’s. But not the S2’s?? Why can’t there just be a solid good app?!

Won’t let me update firmware says battery needs to be 50 percent to be able to upgrade the firmware, but the battery is at 100%

Just hopped on an overseas flight trusty BWs PI7s and they are connected to bluetooth can see them in app but will not play music so yeah great 12 hour flt no earphones 3rd flight where I am without earbuds. Will get some BOSE

They sound great but won’t connect to app so I can’t choose what blue tooth I want them to connect to. Expect better for B&W

The biggest problem with this app is that it rarely works; it is usually unable to connect to my PX 7 headphones. Despite several requests for support, B&W does not fix it.

When noise canceling is on high there’s static in left ear.

I spent a fair amount of money on my B&W headphones and this app effectively broke them. Cannot connect them to my iPhone anymore. Super disappointing.

Everytime I take my headphones off the sound continues, it isn’t like the app says that it will shut off automatically, it doesn’t. I would like to know what to do to fix this or am I supposed them back. Plus the sound is low it’s not high. The noise cancellation is the only thing that works properly. As I said before the sound is low and it sounds as if it’s at a distance and not loud at all.

Please fix this. Headphones will connect via app but music will not play. I try with my iPhone and same thing. I then try to turn my Bluetooth off on my phone and turn it back on and I’m able to connect. I try this with my iPad and It will not work correctly. It does not locate the Bluetooth device.
