The idea is great, I love it But the app quality is very poor. It’s full of bugs and design flaws. It’s really too bad because it could be a great thing. I hope they will fix these bugs soon!

Ich kann nicht mal meine ID scannen. Jedesmal wenn man die Kamera in der Box up App aufgeht, schliesst die App direkt. Somit kann man sich gar nie vollständig verifizieren und das Angebot nutzen.

Kann meine ID nicht scanen (Fehlermeldung) und der Server sei “down”.

Such activity should offer easy-peasy access, but it requires us to register like i am opening a bank account. And I never received authentication code, my kids went away disappointedly.

einfach zu bedienen, braucht einfach ein Login. Wäre schön, wenn es noch mehr Standorte in der Schweiz gäbe.

Super concept, comme si on en avait toujours eu besoin, permettant un service honnête de matériels ludiques. Le service client est rapide est efficace, tout ce qu’on aime !
