Opened an account with boxypay because a friend told me it was reliable and they have been using it. Sent money twice and all went well, and then I needed to send some money after a while and it prompted me to try again later as they were migrating banks. I waited for two weeks and tried again and got the same message. I sent a message inquiry when services will be back up and got no response. I decided to look up on google to see if I could find anything and boom - it says they are permanently closed. First of all, if services was down don’t you think we deserve to know what is going on? Secondly, what happens to our info and that of the people we send money too? Now I am worried these people going to sell my info. Why shut down whether temporarily or permanently abruptly without any heads-up. What a great customer service 😡

I have been trying to sign up for 1 month but it won’t let me. It keep saying system is down every time.

I don’t think this app is good at at all. Wouldn’t recommend it. I tried sending money natter all the confirmation and stuff. To long in the next day getting a email your transaction was unsuccessful and my account was deactivated for no reason what so ever, tried messaging them to no avail

I sent money to Nigeria since January 7th but the person did not receive the money and no means of communicating with the customer service, the number keeps repeating ( the number you are dialing is not in service). I need my money back, please.
