BPI Trade Mobile

The app lacks information on your positions. Makes me calculate all the time. Exasperating. I planned to transfer my COL account to BPI trade so that to cash flow will be just in one back and to add to my TRB but this app is just so lousy. Waaa hope you’ll improve this.

Many functionalities in old web app not available in this app. For example, P/L% for the day is not available. The weight of a stock relative to your investment is also not included anymore. The UI/UX is also not intuitive. Volume traded of a stock is not available as well. It only shows the volume at each price point it was sold. It’s tedious to add it all up. NFB/NFS is not included too. Please see Investagrams, GoTrade, IBKR, and other investment platforms. This lags behind them in functionality and UX. Edit: In addition, can you add the board lot of a certain stock when in the Buy/Sell form already. Please indicate as well the total value so we do not have to manually multiply to get the total. It is also not clear how much is the fee when looking at the history of bought/sold stocks. In the old app, the average price of a stock bought considers the fees for buying it. In this app, the avg price is the same as my buy price. Does it mean that there is no fee? I hope all important information when buying/selling is in the app.Put Confirmation Advice in the old web app here as well. Edit 2: I just saw that the fees are only seen in the confirmation portion of the order. Why is it not shown when looking at the order history? It’s difficult to track how much was really spent for a stock since it does not take into account the fees. Avg price in my portfolio also just shows the avg price excluding fees. Please update the app ASAP

I’ve been using BPI Trade for almost 9 years already and I used to think that BPI is the most convenient trading platform. Now that they migrated, I can’t do anything at all. The app is not user-friendly. Functions that used to be available in the web were not made available on the app. I have not place any order at all since the migration to app. Frustrating really.

Unable to log in

Can’t even log-in. It keeps saying to check my connection even though my connection is working perfectly well!

Mobile and Web version of this app is too cumbersome to use. Not user friendly. I prefer the old web, its simple to use and neater to look at.

It just looks fancy but it has less information, less accessibility and not user friendly. Always crash, always suspended. And now i can not even log in coz it does not recognice my user name. I am losing money this way, might as well close my bpi trade account. 😡

Finally, it’s working after migration. With the new app, it will attract investors to try it. The only concern i have is funding account thru bpi is not real time.

They tried to make it look pretty but it's less useful than logging into the old site on your mobile. That didn't even have a mobile friendly version but it had information on the actual companies valuations. Right now this is junk food and useless to me outside of making orders. As a tool for evaluating businesses it's a complete utter failure and I will be looking around at other brokers to see who can do what I need. They're not better than Gstocks at this point and that's horrible.
