A little tweak
This is a really good app. The only tweak I would make is allowing the user to be able to read notes from the past lifts so the user can automatically see what they started with for the lift they are starting the next week.

This is a great training app and I love it and it’s workouts. I currently am using it to train for my first marathon and it is working wonders for my training. 1 question though. The app tell you to run below your max aerobic heart rate and to use the MAF 180 formula to find it. That’s great but when I transfer the workout to my watch it wants me to run in zone 3. I thought most of your runs (including below you max aerobic heart rate) should be done in zone 2. It’s not that big a deal I was just wondering why that is.
This is amazing simple straightforward app. There is so much potential. I like the app land the visual aids and the suggested supplements. Keep up the amazing work.
I LOVE IT. I’ve been using this for my second marathon prep, and I love the workouts and the functionality of the app. I can sync the workouts with my Garmin which makes it super easy for me to hit my paces during workouts. I will 100% use it again for my next prep, and I would recommend the app to anyone interested in running programs!
Sometimes the app doesn’t let me select the products I used for the workout or run and I have to close it and reopen and still doesn’t work might be a big problem but overall still a good app for it being free
I’m blown away that this app is free. The programming is great. On week two of the Hybrid athlete plan and I love it. I’m relatively experienced and fit so be sure to check your ego if your just starting a hybrid plan or really consider building a base first if you are new to the gym completely. One request, I would love to see a ultramarathon hybrid and stand alone plan. 50k and/or 100 miler. I would be willing to pay for that based on how well organized these other plans are.
Absolutely amazing, yall took the time to put out quality/ intense training for normal folk. Huge fan and reeled my into the BPN company
I am beyond overwhelmed by the gym. I’ve dabbled in lifting, running, cycling etc. most of the time I create my own “program” off research. Rarely do I stick to it long term. I’m currently following the hybrid. It’s forced me to use equipment in the gym I’ve never used and have been intimidated. I’m doing some of the runs and substituting others for cycling. I really enjoy the lifts being planned out for me. With modifications I’ve been working through it and really enjoying the process.
Easy to navigate, easy to follow, easy to get started, all prep work for 1 mile and 1 rep max were done the day before and was able to get started, also with the 2 days rest I can make up runs or lifts if I missed a 2 day without over taxing my recovery
I’ve liked this app better than any other I’ve used. Links to my garmin, I love the hybrid format, and exercises are easy to follow in just about any gym setup. Can’t wait for new plans to be added in the future.
