I like the interface, and being able to select the exact frequencies that I need. It also like that it has the intervals where I can adjust the beats a little higher or lower during a custom program.
Auditory stimulation of the brain is effective regarding reaching a different state of consciousness and help to:

- invoke lucid dreaming state
