Best vibrational app I’ve used
I love this app and use it every night on my way to sleep. It is fabulous for providing immediate relaxation, and it also has an added fringe benefit of blocking out the annoying snoring sounds of my husband! I won't go to sleep without it :)
Some nice sounds,I can't remember any dreams! Its early days! TBA.
I've used this 2 nights in a row now n I have to say I've had quite vivid dreams and atleast one lucid one so I'm quite impressed I use it for 2 hours and don't use head phones . It's deffo worth a try :) but make sure the volumes right
There are some nice additions in version 5. No lucid from it yet though, the actual lucid program never seems to work for me but the other ones do. Maybe because they're shorter? Anyway the only thing it really needs now is so the user can set the alarm to go off at the time they want, not just at the end of the program.
Are these reviews fake because I have used this twice now and no lucid dreams have occurred. I think these reviews are fake to up the ratings of this app.
I've always been interested in lucid dreaming and have tried a few different techniques but so far nothing has worked. I was sure this app wasn't going to work. I set the program for 2 hours but stopped it after about 40/50 mins because I couldn't get used to the sound (maybe I had it too high) i thought that it was gonna give me a headache but anyway when i finally fell asleep...I had about 5 lucid dreams or one long dream that seemed like 5 different dreams. It was AMAZING! The dream or dreams were quite dark but so exciting because I was in control of everything and very aware. I felt like I slept for about 11 or 12 hours but i slept for about 6. Such an intense experience! i can't wait to use this app again tonight.
This dream app works very well indeed, I've had and used it regularly for a few months now and I'm getting quite addicted to it. It IS necessary to use the head phones. I've found the best time period to use is between 1 and 2 hours, otherwise the program is too long and hence each stage doesn't progress the brain patterns fast enough. Keep with it and you get used to sleeping with the headphones in. I have had a few close encounters with lucidity, but normally wake myself from the conscious realisation. I definitely though have more vivid and creative dreams. 5*
I found this app after searching for the inception one and at £0.59p I thought I would give it a go. I've tried it for two nights so far and to be honest I've dreamed LESS than I normally do! It's a shame that there isn't more information in the help files detailing optimum settings etc, I know that it's about experimentation etc, but further details wouldn't hurt. It's not easy sleeping with headphones in, but that's the only way you can use the program due to the way the creators state it works. The ambient sounds are relaxing and they can be used without the brainwaves. Personally I would like to see more ambient sounds included in the future, I.e. Rainforest noises, chirping frogs etc. I also defy anyone to find the flowing creek relaxing! Just made me need the loo. I think part of the lack of my success with this program (I mean it's only been two nights.....) is that I set the duration too long. Both nights I woke up during the night, removed the headphones and went back to sleep. I set the first night to 6 hours and the second to 4 hours, I guess I hadn't made it much past the initial relaxation stage as that would be extended too... I'll keep trying it to see if I get any positive results!
I really get so much use out of these programs, I would be in miserable condition if it was not for these programs.
