I am puzzled by the negative reviews. I use a number of cash reward apps, but Brandclub is my favorite because I have cashed out $214.06 since becoming a member in 2023. The fact that I am a brand-loyal customer certainly helps.
Frequent bugs are annoying, but considering I’ve received over $200 in cash back, it’s something I’ll deal with.
Gave this app a chance but things didn’t go smoothly. I’d more than a few times get stuck after completing a few questions before the survey. I don’t get redirected to the survey and am forced to forfeit my points when going back to the Dashboard. Deleted the app and my account. No more patience.
i went back and forth with this company as they updated and i got locked out of my account. i was told over and over i could have a one-time access to change my phone number, which led them to have me create a new account with new number. so now my $40 i saved up and account is gone. this has been such a disappointing experience for me, please don’t waste your precious time with this sad excuse of a company! happy holidays, don’t screw yourself over with them!
It’s giving scam
This app is absolutely worthless. It started good surveys $.50 $.25 then it dropped down to $.20 then you have an option for rebate to buy something. Hoping you get the rebate but you don’t. Customer Service is completely nonexistence worthless Customer Service . Oh, and they also log you out for no reason at all and you can’t log back in so you lose out on all the energy in the effort you put into the service to get to the minimum $10 which by the way, if you transfer it to anywhere else, they charge you a fee for it.
It constantly updates and seems to get worse rather than better. I have never used an app that updates as much as this one. They charge a $1.50 fee every time you cash out. It takes weeks sometimes for your purchases to credit. Right now, it’s not even opening when I try to use the app. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It’s not worth using, going to delete it for good
Charged $1.50 “transaction fee” every time you cash out. No other app does this. Also forces you to add credit card information to cash out. Also survey amounts keep lowering.
It gives you cash back so quick and easy!
What’s better than that. I barely used the site and just cashed out 35$. Not bad!
