They need to update the software, very outdated

I find it useful playing live cards in S Florida, but the design & navigation is about as bad as it gets. Please make the game & waiting list display way more accessible than jumping into each room's screen individually and scrolling a random amount of distance to the bottom. You should be able to easily filter by game types & sizes and have one screen which displays a few room's details. With this app's data, it should be an easy 5 star but design is just awful. There is so much potential for this app. Hopefully there is a solid update/overhaul coming sooner than later.

When it works this app is a useful tool. It has access to most poker rooms throughout the US allowing you to sign up for live games without calling into the room. During WSOP this is a must as most rooms stop answering their phones. This app glitches out over 50% of the time not even allowing you to sign up for games. There are also quite a few times where you do sign up for a gsme from your end but it isnt received by the poker room. Being this is the only app that has these functions its sad how bad the service is. I have never written a review in my life but here i am sitting for an hour waiting for a seat because the app once again failed to do its intended job lol.

‘Error Occurred’ when I attempt to log in as new user. ‘Blocked as potential Spam Account’ when I try to login as new user on the website. Great job, guys.

I almost never leave reviews but I am very frustrated. I wish all cards rooms would leave this platform so I could delete this app. Almost no working functions at this point. Can’t even see the game list most of the time, let alone sign up. Hasn’t been updated in over a year?? Do they even care?

Terrible app frustrating and costing these casinos tons of lost revenue. How can it be this hard to build an app to simply create a waitlist?

Often get error messages for no reason. Reset password doesn’t work and support never responds.
