Terrible interface, not able to sign in after reset password

I was unable to use or redeem the voucher through the app. Despite calling their hotline and even reinstalling the app, the issue remains unresolved.

Sigh… the app kept hanging or show zero balance when trying to login to do redemption.

App so glitchy, it wont even let me delete my account. Rewards not worth the hassle. Need spend $1k just to redeem a $10 dish. Save yourself guys. Dont sign up.

Got email from Breadtalk to update profile to receive bday benefits. But unable to update and I still have not received my birthday privileges. Lousy app and very frustrating to use. Please review the whole customer experience on using the app. If broken please fix it.

The page just stuck on reset password, can get thru even after keying in 2 same password

Today when I wanted to make payment, I was asked to re-login to the app. With the right password, the app kept saying wrong mobile number and password. Hence, I tried to reset my password a few times and still unable to login. Hence, very frustrating. Once I finished using my remainder amount, I will not want to top up anymore.

Ive been using the app for a while to buy toastbox food, payment process through qr code is convenient and fast. Recently it has additional features including point programs to redeem vouchers

The update 4 days ago has made me unable to login. Tried reset password and it still doesn’t work

Whoever thought of making this program is a dick (probably a selfish old prude) whose sole goal is to lock you into the program. Like, you can only earn points if you pay with the app. But they don’t let you store your card info so you have to manually key it in each time. So, this app is a masterclass in what not to do for User Experience.
