I’m very disappointed with this company’s subscription practices
After the trial, I was charged for a full year of subscription. I find this strategy misleading. By the time I noticed the charge, it was too late to claim a refund through Apple. As a busy mum, I simply didn’t catch it earlier. I reached out to the company, but they refused to help, even though they could see I hadn’t used the app at all. My advice: set an alarm or cancel your trial promptly if you’re unsure about the app’s usefulness.
