Love this app! This app is very easy to use. I like the preset options it has and the option to add a custom breathing technique. It is so simple but has a lot to offer especially for a free app. This is one of my favorite apps that I am I trying to get into the habit of using daily. Really the only thing that could make this app any better is if it had instructions for when to breathe in/out through your mouth/nose depending on the technique. But you can look that up before you get started so that would just be bonus.

It has everything that I need, but if I had to improve it somehow, i would add just a bit of a warm up with two or three little breaths then it goes to the longer breaths, kinda what the apple watch does before it starts, justo bring the attention to the breath, but it's a pretty simple and effective app.
I love this app’s minimalist yet fully functional approach to bringing breathing based health benefits to its users. I wanted to pay for this app just as a thank you but could not find a way. I read a review where the developer used to have in-app donations but then removed them since they affected download rates and has just continued to offer it for free. Thank you! You demonstrate the essence of what it means to be a good human. Thank you!
