piacere, sono Manuela ho 13 anni e soffro d’ansia, attacchi di panico, dca, emetofobia etc… ho sempre sentito di dover fare un bel respiro per riprendermi dai periodi stressanti, e quest’app è magnifica, aiuta tantissimo nei momenti d’ansia o anche stress… io, da giovane, ve lo consiglio.
