I’ve had the app for 7/8 months now, it was great to be fair. Since January it is not collecting my loyalty points or storing my past purchases, you cannot change milks or add any modifiers to the drinks. Keeps not loading properly. I’ve contacted support 5 times and not got any response. It seems like they’ve abandoned the app for some reason!

Great service but the reward system doesn’t work.

It just doesn’t work! No matter how many times I delete it and download again all I get is the loading wheel and it never actually loads! So infuriating. Awful app. Useless. Doesn’t work.

Over the past few months I have had to delete and re-load about 15 times. Many occasions just then get the spinning wheel from hell. When it works it’s fine but far too too inconsistent. Overall pretty rubbish.

So far ive tried various locations. Wifi etc and it never opens sometimes it stays at thesplash screen and something is going on behind it. As you poke the screen and it will kick the camera in. Mostly it just sits there doing nothing. You need the code from the store whixh means you have to be there to get it. Which defeats the point.

The soo doesn’t work when you load it. Sort it out
