The app is pretty simple and easy to use. You do need to give the app permissions to use your phone’s Bluetooth, GPS, and camera in order for it to work. There is a little ’?’ icon that brings up a way to contact support if you have any issues, and they seem pretty good at responding by email within 15-20 minutes. If you live or work in Breck, definitely worth it to sign up for one of the locals membership options, makes it super affordable and convenient!

There’s really no manual pedal mode, its all automatic so you aren’t getting any exercise its pretty much all electric or none. Its ok if you just want an all electric cruise otherwise go rent a real e-bike from the local shop. The app would not allow blue tooth even though our phone had it activated.. not the greatest rental experience but just ok.

The app works great and I’ve found the bikes to be very convenient.
