I am not able to complete my book . The application gets hanged after I have written 2 pages then again it restarts. That's such a pain for me. Please fix the bugs asap

Never been more furious with anything. This app makes my blood boil. When I save a draft and open it later or reload it, half of my progress is gone. Programmers need to develop it better.🙏🏼

I ordered a book (The Alien Invasion by Shanaya Singh), and paid full price in advance but the courier company (Xpressbees) is using delaying tactics (first tried to deliver book at my office address on Off days) and did not deliver it yet. Pathetic service partners. Have no means to make any complaint through the App, no dedicated section for reporting complaints.
