Brickit App

The camera/scanner doesn’t work, extremely frustrating when the Legos have been laid out and a kid is breathing down your neck. The camera button is completely greyed out even with the Legos placed carefully on a white surface with good lighting. Had high hopes, but unfortunately couldn’t even give it a try.

I love this game. It’s very good and I use the game every day

But has some flaws like not identifying the right pieces and kind of bad on the free version

The scanning does not work that good. Manual corrections of the bricks does not update the ideas of what is possible to build. The app still thinks you have the incorrect bricks. Make it possible to save the scans and the corrections and afterwards find matches in the database. The ideas is too basic or it suggest ideas with bricks that is not in the scan. If there are missing bricks for an idea, highlight this in the begining! This app have so much potential, but it is not there yet.

I downloaded this because I would love to start playing with my Lego again. However the app constantly misses pieces or thinks one piece I another one. I deleted after it showed me a build that I didn’t even have all the pieces for. Once again, great idea, awful execution.

This game helped so much while building

I counted five nag screens before getting to the ideas. It’s too early to consider buying the pro subscription at that time. Very off-putting. What’s worse, four times in a row it suggested builds that were impossible with my pieces. Three times were due to misidentified pieces, but on the fourth attempt it wasn’t even trying. The very last piece of the build (robot fish) was not in the picture and the app did also not mark it as found! This app is at best a very poor implementation of a neat idea, and at worst it’s an actual scam attempt.

I live in Sweden and downloaded the app, but how dissapointing when it is only in the germany language! I dont speek germany! In Sweden we speak swedish and understand english.
