Game won’t load properly, buttons dont respond,after purchasing,pure rubbish

Couldn’t play as OK button was unresponsive, clicking ok when you find an item is annoying and since it won’t work on this game I can’t play it.

I just paid £2.99 for full game and it has frozen at the start. Followed instructions on app support page. Deleted and re downloaded the game and now it says that there is no history of my purchase, what a rip off. It didn’t deserve the 1star but I couldn’t post with no stars.

Froze a little at the end but soon rebooted, worth the money, couldn't put it down!

I can't even begin this game. I click on the first object & the game freezes. I then open the book feature which also freezes & doesn't allow you to exit. I won't be buying the full version.

I've just paid £1.49 to get the whole game and now it won't let me play on it! I either want you to get it working or refund!!

I bought this game absolutely loved it and then got a new phone. Went to download it and it says “No purchase found for this account” I reached out and we emailed back and forth for over 3 months where I provided receipts and profit of my purchases and was told to bad there’s nothing we can do. I wouldn’t waste the money on good you can keep. Even though they say “Pay once have access for life” Extremely disappointed

Game would not respond right away on do you want a tutorial screen. Took a long time to get it to respond and i opened map and map won’t close. There was no delay in taking my money though. I’m Disappointed looked like a challenging fun game but just caused frustration.

Game froze as I started the bonus game. I had to delete and redownload. Now it wants me to pay again no record of previous purchase
