Just bought Bridge to Another World the Others and it will not open after installing. Please help or refund my money. I have no problem with opening other games I have recently downloaded and played. Thank you

Sensors are off. Can’t play the game, you need to search all over the screen to find the spot that works..It’s very annoying. The game may be good, but I really don’t know sense I can’t get past the first scene without much difficulty...Please fix it.

I can’t get past the first scene....can’t tap on anything unless you are an inch to the left of the item...horrible and hard to find the right spot...i tried deleting and reinstalling the game but it still has the same error (problem).

Rebooted, deleted, new down load, still freezes ant won’t let me play I want my money back!

I just purchased this game. I was hesitant bc I didnt see a free trial and I usually use the trial to see if the game will interest me. But it was on sale and I have enjoyed other “Bridge” games. Well, after purchasing, the game will not work at all! I dont know if it is glitch or what but the game is completely locked. I would like a refund but there isnt a way to notify anyone or request help. Took my money and no game!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I paid full price for this game and it locks up on the start up screen. It let me make a profile and set difficulty level then doesn’t go any farther. You can’t even get support for the game. Don’t waste your money!

This is a great HO game! I really like the variety of puzzles and hidden object games within the game. Also, I typically will finish a game within a day or purchasing...this one lasted me a few days...there is a LOT to do!

I have an iPad Pro and this game won't even start all the way. Can't get past first couple of screens... and r e a l - s l o w at that. Going to ask for refund...

Locked up in a scene late in the game, and brought me back to the boat scene with no options or outs. Please fix
