It’s clearly just a web app. Please transition to a native iOS app, this is rough to use.

Bridgehead mobile app

I have had to re-download the app every time I’ve used it 😐🙄

Does not let me log in

Refuses login credentials and does not send password reset email. Login credentials work on web browser. Can’t use app.

Consistently rejects my credit cards

I am unable to register my cards, any of them. No explanation, no help. I give up.

Logs me out every time I try to use it

You know what’s fun? Struggling with a password manager just to scan a QR code at checkout. Stop logging me out. Or, even better, where’s the Apple Wallet integration?

Payment is awful

Won’t use Apple Pay and it always gives me payment failed error when I try to use a saved card. Have tried deleting and re-adding, no luck. Terrible mobile app for ordering ahead.

No scan on iPad

The iPad app does not have a QR code to scan. Add the QR code to the Apple Watch. Please, please redesign this app. It is not user friendly.
