I wait, but if I'm late, I get canceled every day

Booked a time to depart and gave me a time range for departure. Came early and just left, took my money too

The worst ever app and the most unreliable service. If you want to go anywhere on time , forget about this service totally. I have had at least 7-8 bad experiences. And every time i told myself it could have been an incident and it will not always be like that, it disappointed me again !

Booked a trip the day before Received confirmation email Paid The next day waiting at the stop It said error And the booking disappeared I used their chat to ask what was happening No reply! A Bridj bus drove straight past me So I booked another They said in an hour I paid for the second bus! I was meeting people so I had to book an Uber! Paid for two buses and didn’t use one! Disappointing.

Through out the years it has been plagued with problems from wait times of 30mims to an hour. waiting at a stop for your bus only for 2 other buses to pass you while you wait to the latest problem of simply not taking your ride requests entirely. Want to book a ride over an hour in advance? Too bad they are already transporting other customers. Be smart and use anything but this app. Uber, DiDi or better yet just walk

The staff is fantastic but even booking in advance the pick up time will most likely get delayed and pushed by multiple times.

Need more driver like ewon and joe
