Love the classes and the convenience. Very easy to use via phone. Go for it!
I started using Bright at the height of the pandemic and although I was skeptical of working out online at first, it has by far been the best experience that I’ve had working out to date. My mental health took a big hit during the pandemic and bright honestly saved me. With the variety of different sessions that you can take (i.e yoga, fitness classes, learn about nutrition), I can honestly say that I’m an overall healthier person than I was 2 years ago. If you’re looking for a new and exciting way to challenge your body and mind, I highly recommend trying Bright out. Tony (Fitness Instructor) is awesome at getting you motivated and pushes you during every class. He’s by far my wife’s and I favourite instructor!
My company started offering Bright as a perk last fall and since then I have been taking classes at least once a week. The instructors are all amazing (especially Tony and Elyse!), and the variety of fitness and wellness options are amazing. I was able to try new types of fitness classes I would otherwise not have been able to, like Barre and Boxfit. I am completely hooked and even as we’re able to do more in-person things, I love the ability to do a class between work meetings or do a replay on the weekend. Keep up the great work!
Awful awful AWFUL!! Paid for it. Which is fine - but I’ve decided it’s not meant for me and want to cancel my membership. And now, No one will reply to me. I have emailed customer service NUMEROUS times (sometimes twice a day) and all the contacts I can find. Not 1 person will reply. I’m unable to cancel my membership and know I’ll be getting charged again soon. If you want to be a successful company, have a customer service in place to help your customers.
