The claw machine will not let me insert a coin. Seems I am unable to go further. Please fix or refund. Thank you

Thought it was slow moving and took time to get the hang of it. But, the message it presented was outstanding about how this earth and inhabitants are creating harmful damage to humanity and the possibility that there are other ways in which we can create to make a difference.

I was really enjoying the game and the mystery until I got to the claw game in the carnival. It wouldn’t let me put in a coin despite several tries. I went back later in the game thinking I had to maybe do another task first, and even when hint told me to do the claw game, the coin wouldn’t go in, this was AFTER. I purchased the game and it’s kind of an expensive game for that kind of game-ending flaw. Please fix or refund.

The game is so fun and free but it’s also very confusing and frustrating for some people

This game is nothing like I thought it would be. It was so different and interesting. So different from others. Five stars!

Was enjoying game. Got quite far in - to old house post the scene with grey guys talking about heroine and then loss of game image. Have tried various things, reloading, clicking on things in inventory, etc., but isn’t coming back. Guess will try reloading game and restarting though not wild about that.

Gave good review earlier. Now I have to revisit a HOP I’ve already done but I don’t have whatever I was supposed to get. Turned off. Still stuck. Really don’t want to restart game. Sorry I paid for it.
