Love the app!
It's easy to customise and I love the pre-made templates. If I could ask for anything that would be Apple Watch compability! Thanks in advance. I’ll recommend this app to everyone!

This app really helped me get routines in place, especially now when working from home. If I could wish for features, it would be more settings for notifications and to be able to turn notifs of for certain tasks. Sometimes the app disturbs me too soon (“30 mins left!”) when I’m in the middle of a long task and disturbs productivity instead of helping it.
This app is loaded with good potential. It’s a great idea and truly does work to get my scatty brain to do the things. I like the premade routines and that you can modify them to fit what you need. Now the things that I truly hope they improve. It’s a $50/ year app but it feels a little bit like they’re still beta testing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve finished the last thing on the routine list and marked it done but then closed the app and went on with my day and didn’t wait around for the final screen to come around. The next time I open the app it’s still there, saying I didn’t finish it. When I re-finish it, it puts on the calendar that I finished my go to bed routine at 6:30 am the following day. Also, you’re supposed to be able to rearrange your tasks in your routine while you’re in the routine but this has never worked for me despite multiple tries. Finally, if you take longer to finish your routine than normal, when you finish it, your end time is right on the calendar but your start time is not. Honestly, it seems like a ton of money for what it does. Like way too much. But it’s the only app I know of that does what it does so I guess you have to pay what they ask. Maybe I should have done more research.
I found this app and was curiously excited to use it. I went in and added all the routines I currently have and was excited to add more. Slightly geeked out setting them up because I love adding color coding/icons/etc to anything. I have severe combined ADHD and really loved this at the beginning. I used it for about a week before one day, I went to open the app and I’m suddenly blocked by a paywall. Can’t even access or see any of my routines. I’ve seen the developers responses to this exact complaint and it appears that they feel this is completely justified. I don’t think the app is truly worth the price listed ($8 monthly or $50 yearly) considering the plethora of issues and lack of options noted in the other negative reviews. Feels greedy in my opinion, and reiterates the same sentiment that rings true in so many areas throughout our country (USA) that if you don’t have money to shell out, you don’t deserve to function well. I’ve deleted the app and will continue looking for something more affordable and useful.
I’m loving this app so far. I’ve tried many routine apps, but I really enjoy the UI of Brili Routines. Easy to use. Easy to build your own routines and adjust pre-existing Brili routines to your needs. The one thing I’d change is that if you postpone a task in your routine that the time you’ve spent on it doesn’t get reset to zero. I could see how some users might want it to be reset, so in that case maybe there could be a choice in the settings for each user to decide for themselves.
This app is almost everything I need. I’m surprised that there are no other apps like this except Fabulous which is just WAY too busy! All I want is routines! I lose track of time much less with this app. But I still do lose track, especially because the start and est end times are very small. I also wish there was a current time clock easily visible during a routine. Also, the green color is not very appealing . If I could just change the color, that would go a long way for my experience. And widgets would be huge, but I know that’s a big ask. Because I still lose track of time even with the help of brili, I have been considering just using a habit app widget and multi timer widget on a Home Screen
The app won't adjust time for tasks if one took a little longer like the kids app. It changes the end time. If I forget to swipe and keep going, it won't let me swipe two. I just have to delete. How do I fix this or I may ask for my money back.
I have tried many apps and the accessibility of this app is really poor. 1. You do not make an account therefore you cannot use it on multiple devices or even share it to other devices. I installed it on my Ipad and set everything up (which took hours) and I realized that my phone will not be able to even see it. 2. When I was told I could share routines and that would fix my issue I tried it. Nothing happened. 3. There is no Widget so you can visavlly see what your routine is or any reminder. 4. You have to be the one to go into the app and it only does the things on there. 5. The icons are irritating to find and many are put under random words. 6. The icons cannot have their color changed. Overall if you have ADHD and need to be prompted and reminded to do something. This app will work as poorly for you as it was to me. A lot of work needs to go into this before it should be labeled as ADHD friendly.
I love this routines app. And, I have tried them all. My only issue is that I really need to have it on my watch. That's why I always go back to Routinery. Which is a good app too- but not as good as this one. Please make watch compatible! Thank you so much! Will change to five stars! I really do love this app. Thank you.
After only a few days I can say that so far, this has been a super effective and helpful tool for me, and I am actually considering purchasing a subscription when the trial is up (which is a huge deal for me because I generally do not purchase subscriptions for apps, unless it is something that is particularly useful for me). However, I have found a few things that are buggy or not quite as convenient as I would have hoped, which is the reason I give this product 4 stars rather than 5. Concept/overall effectiveness of this type of tool for me: 5 stars (not to be dramatic but to say it’s been potentially life-changing after a pretty short time may be appropriate) Execution/app design: 4 stars - there are a few things that I think could be a little more convenient or user-centric but overall pretty good Programming: maybe 3.5 stars - I’ve found a few things that are a little buggy or picky about the movements required to execute a particular task. I’m not a professional programmer, but I have a degree in electrical engineering and I’ve programmed various things. I’m not overly impressed with the programming compared to similar apps or even feel like I could have programmed it better (realizing that it may be harder to get some of the features right than I’m envisioning, but I’m still not impressed). Price point/value: 4 stars (not based on comparing it to other available stuff, but just the value for the product itself based on cost per year feels slightly higher than I would like to see both from the perspective of being on a student budget, terms of affordability or financial accessibility for more people who would benefit from this, but overall not too bad and I am considering purchasing a subscription if I don’t find an alternative similar product that works almost as well for my needs. It would be nice to see different “tiers” for different budgets as well - for example basic or intermediate versions that you can purchase for different prices that perhaps limit the number of routines and/or routine tasks you can enter with the pro or unlimited version available for people with the budget for the full subscription fee. Overall great app, but I would like to see various improvements, such as making the swiping for tasks less sensitive, an “undo” option to bring a completed or deleted task back, ability to create subroutines or break tasks down into subtasks for worse brain days, reorder a bunch of tasks on the list more efficiently in the middle of
