The app name uphold it’s quality and functionally. I hope the app developer continues to support and improve this app. love this app

Brilliant Smart was stable, versatile and seamlessly worked with Alexa. Now it is divorced from Alexa with server unresponsive error. All of the devices I have operating through it have to be exported to some other app. A tedious process I am not looking forward.

Upgraded and changed provider of NBN today and during the reconfig of the mesh network all Brilliant products failed to work with Google Home. After some hours working out the issue- I discovered after resetting the hardware, you could create and control an item creating a scene within the app, however, when creating a shortcut using this scene, the short cut would not work. (All previously made shortcuts failed to work) I do wonder if it is all other apps that Brilliant is not communicating with- not just Google H and Shortcuts. Highly frustrating as the hardware becomes redundant and ‘useless’ for the user, an NDIS participant that relies totally on voice control to operate the hardware. Any solutions?

A clean version of the Tuya / Smart Life app which works well, although could you please add dark mode, a feature both those apps include?

App works well for two months then ask devices reset and need to be set up again. Happens every two months and has been doing so for the past two years. Who the hell programmed this??????

Hi please provide a feature to assign a tone for notifications because Apple has changed their default notification tone to rebound instead of tri-tone in iOS17 and you don’t have the option to change it. 3rd party Apps now need to provide this feature because you don’t hear the notification tone anymore, in loud environments during the night when sleeping if you phone is in your pocket or if you have a hearing problem so please please do something about this ASAP it’s killing me this stupid change that Apple has done to all my Apps Mick

When reopening the app I have, on several occasions, been faced with a black screen. To fix, I need to close the app and restart. Apart from this it’s an ok app

I’m quite good with technology and I feel like an idiot trying to use this app. I purchased a box of 4 light globes hoping to be able to group certain lights together and set them to different colours with one command. I’ve spent so long fiddling with the app without any luck. Would love a manual on how to set up sequences 🤷🏼‍♂️

It’s easy to use once the app connects to your devices. Connecting the device may sometimes be tricky

Overall I think that this a awesome app/light. But the reason I got the light was so I could change the colour temperature, I have tried using other apps, unplugging the light, deleting my account and so much more. I am now getting really frustrated with this as nothing will work, could you you please give some help?!
