There were items I really wanted to purchase from Korea, but some of them were not available to ship to USA. Then I found out about Bringko and I decided to give it a try for purchase and shipping. My items arrived safely without any complications. I am so glad I found out about this company and I can’t wait to use Bringko again purchase more products from Korea!

It’s been few years since I started using this app and I’ve been pretty satisfied with their customer service and fast shipment! Highly recommend if you want to buy merchandise from korea as their price is cheaper than you buy thru different apps. I ordered jackets, different kinds of clothes from multiple websites, teas, makeups…etc. and their shipment was quicker than you buy from stylediva or yesstyle. I’d highly recommend especially if you are buying more stuffs. They provide coupons time to time and if their shipment takes longer time, they do a great customer service to inform you where it is located at now…etc.

Why you never tell customer there is so much OTHER payment you have to make other than delivery and item cost? YEAH YOU NOTICE, but never TOLD delivery fee is more than 100dollars? While an item I buy is 50 dollar? This is scam or very POOR way to notice customer 불만사항 접수하면 제대로 안읽나? 첫아이디어는 좋고 한국사이트 많은것도좋은데 배송비 무료라해놓고 그외 결제 항목? ㅋㅎ그래 있는건 좋아50불짜리 전기장판하나 샀는데 2차핸들비용150말이돼? 이차결제비용있다곤했는데 그게 아무가격이나불러도 된다는 뜻이었나? 그리고 쿠팡물건 로켓배송하면 하루만에오고 반품도무료에 개쉬운데 150불 안낸다니까 취소비용무는게짜증나네사이트운영할정도면 개인도수두룩빽빽하게 있는게 로켓배송인데 진짜 걍 쿠팡 일반배송에 일반 반품시킨다고? ㅋㅋㅋ말이되나 온수매트나전기제품 예상 2차결제금액이라도알려주던가 30일 넘게 시간쓰고 결제하고 제품은 보지도못했고 니들창고에서떠난적도없는데반품비문거코미디네컴플을 개인적으로 나이스하게걸면 뭐하냐? 이전 배송물품 컴플이랑 현재 컴플이랑 다른얘긴데 이전 배송은 배송비가 무료고 누가그걸모르냐?나도눈깔있어;그리고누가안낸데?일처리짜증나게하고있어 반품비 결제해줄테니까 취소하라고 쫌!;;; 똑같은 제품 한국계정으로 쿠팡에서 사니까 하루만에 배송오고 반품비없었는데 왜 니들앱은 한국회사에 배송되는데 일주일걸리고 반품비가 발생하냐고 ? ㅋㅋ 같은제품 내가 네번을 샀는데? 왜 블링코만거치면 반품비 발생하는 매직?배송비고 이차 핸들링비용이고 좀 자세하게 고지해놔;물건은 50불인데 덜컥150달러 내라해놓고 안낸다니까 반품비 내게하고 한달넘게 배송 쳐 기다리다가 이백불 내야되니까 고객시간만쳐버리게하지마시고. 내가 처음부터이렇게 거칠게달았냐? 개인적으로, 친절하게 항의하면 헛소리하고 다볼수있는데서 별점리뷰 달면 그때 좀처리할라고? 앱이 그지같음 진짜그지같음 일을 안하는듯 배송 삼주 내내기다리다가 이차결제눈탱이맞고 반품비내는거실화? 사장니라면기분좋겠냐? 뭐삼백불 낼만한대단한걸 산것도아니고 걍지들이중간에서 배송하는게 왜 그가격이냐고 사장니라면내겠어요?역지사지못하네; 그리고 컴플일하는사람 힘들까봐 구구절절 친절하게 설명하니까 이해 못하고 개소리하는건 뭔 policy임? 상부에 전달하라고 니들앱시스템이상하니까;근데이건배송비가어쩌구개소리하고있어;

It says they will give coupon if you write review but they delay on delivery so I had to wait like 3 weeks until my coupon expired. Also I received my package with cigarette smell…. I think they are lacking of product management and I don’t trust them. I was excited to get Korean maternity products and happy before I opened my actual package. It took 19 days to get my all packages and I expected at least normal quality of delivery. But they ended up storing my package in their Korea facility and let my cloth get their officers cigarettes smell. It’s disgusting and I’m claiming if I can get refund if the item which has exposed from harmful chemicals which is cigarettes smell and probably small particles of ashes

I’ve been using this app for almost five years. They improved a lot of their features in the app. I like it can collect all the available products from different resources. It sometimes gets very slow when I click on things which I don’t expect from apps. They also started a thing called item fee which can be a burden if I buy a lot of items since they count two different colors of a product as two items.
