Very difficult to navigate and doesn’t allow me to book
It’s not intuitive and it doesn’t flow. You can easily book a gym session. However trying to book a swim session is impossible. Whoever designed this app needs to take a look at and then take a look in a mirror and decide wether they have done a good job.
Really confusing app to use. Being the old app back.
This App is rubbish! Cannot book sessions.. constantly in “Error” mode or timed out.
Joke of an app
Now that things have settled down, I find using the new app very useful and easy to achieve the classes I want to do. Downloaded new app, now can’t do anything - wish I hadn’t bothered!
Why is there a Chester Pride badge? An event that is anti-women and promotes an ideology that is harmful to women and children. I use Brio to workout, not to be preached at by my local authority.

New app is all flash ie stupid badges for everything. However you can’t give feed back at least via iPhone as the request for your name and email splash screen never goes away when you’ve added your detail (from inside an app you are registered with and logged in and it has all your detail already - very poor programming as no integration!) Also there is no way in app to book HiiT sessions as they no not appear in any classes section or any other section at all. Rather than get programmers to test your software get actual end users to test as they are the ones who actually use it and will tell you we don’t won’t kiddie school badges WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO BOOK SESSIONS WE USE!
I made the mistake of updating the app and now it is completely frozen. Asks for searching the name of your club and anything you put in does not get found. So I cannot see my bookings, nor make any new ones. I guess the phones will be running hot at the centre with people trying to get to their class! Please fix it….
