BritBox: The Best British TV

Recent subscriber. Love the content. The iPad app however is glitchy. Worked fine, but now I can’t access anything. I mean there are literally no titles. The headers to sections are there but everything else is blank. Not a good way to start off the new year BritBox.

Super disappointed they are no longer adding new episodes, I watch every weekday.

Why does the app log me out and require manual password entry? The email populates with saved emails but the password doesn’t. And you can airdrop the password from another device. Forced to manually enter a complicated long password. Bullocks!!

The app keeps buffering

This is the reason why I got the app and subscribe so I can watch the new Doctor Who. Don’t mind watching the Classics. Don’t get me wrong but you removed the new Doctor Who as soon as I get done with the classics I will will be doing unsubscribing and deleting Britbox until you bring back a new Doctor Who, it’s funny when I downloaded it. It was there next thing that I updated and the new Doctor Who is not there not fair to be paying for something that you look for to watching.

Please put a date of release on your programs. It’s very frustrating to not have any idea if it was 2024 or 2018.

So excited to get this app and finally watch some British TV. It worked for one day and then got stuck on the search screen with no way to go back. Don’t waste your time.

I’m trying to set up an account and need someone to walk me through

1. Important settings can not be changed in the app, such as closed captioned settings, updates, and clearing the cache for memory 2. Time and time again the dreaded "spinning wheel" spins and spins over and over, despite my internet & wifi connection being fine and connected with other apps like MAX anc PRIME 3. Almost weekly even though I am still in the app and have not exited, I am forced to sign in which is highly annoying For an app that has such excellence in programming definitely one of the best ones out there, the performance of this app is horrible and the developers need to get their act together and do a better job.

My evenings are so enjoyable watching Brit Box including Shetland, The Bay, Hope Street,The Royal, Doctors, and many many more. I truly look forward to new seasons for each. The comedy at sunset with the late John Cleese was a hoot! All time favorites are Father Brown and Sister Bonaface. Guess I am somewhat of a prude as I appreciate that Brit Box presents many shows without bad language and “jumping into bed” constantly. Plus I’ve learned a couple new sayings used often: “A word please” and “Brilliant!” Keep up the great programming! Paulette in Pennsylvania.
