British Airways for iPad

I assumed the iPad app would be as good as the iPhone app - i.e. booking, checking my flight for Friday, looking at the timeline, etc. However, you can’t see your current bookings, or check in, or anything apart from booking flights on it! So don’t bother - either use their phone app or the website.

As useless as recent BA themselves with continuous cancellations just to make more money.

It’s ridiculous that you need to book without seeing the final price of your flights.

Ridiculously basic - you can just search for and book flights. Can’t manage bookings. Doesn’t have half the functionality of the iPhone version of the app. What a joke!

This is a pointless app.. as a Gold Guest List member I have no idea why BA would launch such a limited app.. Take a leaf out of United Airlines who have really thought about functionality and the end user experience.

Absolutely hopeless app with very limited functionality. Useful to book flights but offers nothing else. Doesn’t appear to allow me to check in, manage my booking etc. No improvement on the old app whatsoever. Very poor customer service from BA. Much worse than the app on my phone.

This app is, frankly, useless. As others have pointed out, all it provides is a booking facility, that’s all nothing else. Complete waste of time downloading it, now deleted! 0/10 again…..

Very limited functionality and poor user experience

Complete and utter waste of time developing an app that has virtually no functionality for an existing BA user. Why would you even consider this to be operational
