When i was going For holiday For one month i swich off the electric main swich to save money but after comming back when u look on my account it was -15£ this is wrong main swich was off And i was paying money For nothing what a stiling money from the people

Almost every time I’m trying to log in I can’t, just nothing happens. If I somehow pass to the main menu app is quite useful but you need to improve thing that makes it almost impossible to log in.

App is very annoying

I always find it very quick and easy should suit most people easy with the app but iv had a few times when I couldn’t get elec and gas

Doesn’t always sent send the money to my meter so I’m spending way more then I should be

Shambles

This App has been a life saver my husband is house bound . Myself I am also disabled and to get to shops is no very easy sometimes. So this App has been so good and easy to use. This App is peace’s of mind for us both we can keep topping use and looking at our bills straight away.

It easy to use and quick to do

When it works it’s average. When it doesn’t which is more often than not it’s useless. Slow and painful to use.
