Brivo Mobile Pass

The app worked for the first two months of me living in my community. Now it just doesn’t function. Everything in my house is connected to the app and I can’t control a thing. Can’t even turn on a light. I had a guest stuck outside for 2 hours because their code wouldn’t work and the app said failed every time I tried to unlock the door for her. Ridiculous

Cannot unlock doors more than half of the time….

Needs car play capabilities since you can use for gates

Very unreliable. Been out in the rain reopening the app many times trying to get it to connect.

This app does not allow one to simply hold their phone in proximity to a door and open. This is a major limitation that does ignores the phone’s well established capabilities.

App takes so long to unlock or doesn’t unlock the door at all. Recommend bringing the fob wherever you go because the app cannot be trusted

Sometimes it doesn’t work

I use this app as a way to get into my gym every morning. It’s easy convenient. They have good widgets good app support and it’s pretty darn convenient. 🤙❤️

I love that you make me log out multiple times a week it’s helpful and convenient

MAA properties bought out the apartment complex. I moved into about six months after I moved into it and shortly there after they put the Brivo Pass system in and I just love I use it for everything I get in my front door with it. I turn my lights off in orange from my bed. I wake up in the middle of the night and I’m cold. I can turn the heat on without getting out of bed. It is great
