Carson, Lauren and Laura are truly the best.

All good except you changed the point program. There’s no way to add a saved credit card unless you order takeout and no way to scan a loyalty QR code so you can’t earn points unless you order takeout to get a card saved. Not only that, you have to spend $700 to earn a free pizza. Dumb! This restaurant is still our favorite place regardless of corporate mistakes.

App wouldn’t let me use my reward for a free pizza. Per error message something to do with this location. So does this location no longer allow rewards?

Dom is amazing as a server and makes the experience 100% enjoyable

I love their meatballs but not really satisfied that the cashier wanted to give me a hard time over $.01 from my to go order. She looked at me as if I was a thief over $.01 and made me break a dollar. It was insulting being that the night before I came in and spent $90 to feed my family. I will visit again but will not want to deal with that young lady.

Jennie is awesome. Food is good but wouldn’t come nearly as often if she wasn’t here.

We love Brixx in Raleigh, Bedford Village! Crystal has been our server on multiple occasions and ALWAYS provides us with stellar service. Great food, drinks, and service! Highest recommendation!
