Gets the job done. Simply tracks my workouts, and lets me know how much I did last time. No complaints! Except it would be appreciated if you could add notes on your exercises.

I’m writing this review as a kinesiologist major. I strongly strongly suggest you focus for the next year just improving and adding more exercises. For instance, Pull ups should have different variations listed, as the bicep grip hits arms more than pull ups with the wide body group. An absolute must is adding compound muscle group exercises. Your goal should be to get into more functional and cross training and that involves compound exercises.

Love the app - exactly what I was looking for; a simple database of exercises where I can plan my own routine. The layout is clean and sleek, and the summary is a nice added feature. The only thing I'm missing right now is the option to add a little note to an exercise during my workout. In my hand written log I like to add notes like "could go heavier" or "pushed" etc. This helps me plan my next workout to either up the weight, keep the same etc. Great app overall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve tried a lot of apps but couldn’t find one that let me create my own router and that allowed me to add my own exercise. This app is great!! Very well done.

I got this app because it was completely free and it does everything I want it to! I can make my own custom workouts, set rep counts, set timers, track my progress! Love this app so much! Hoping they can add a feature where you can share your workout routines with other people so they can use it. Would love to be able to share via a link so they can just import it into their app. Great app! Highly recommend!
