Brompton Bike Hire

Having not used the brompton hire service for 7 years, and having been given free credit for it by Brompton as they are taking so long (3 months) to repair my personal bike, I downloaded the app. I cannot remember my password, but when I click the link for forgot my password it goes to a ‘page not found’ error message on a system called ‘October’ copyright of Alexey Bobkov and Samuel Georges. So no way to login and no way to repair my bike.

Won’t verify identity to use as doesn’t facilitate location services.

Disgraceful App experience from a reputable brand like Brompton. Impossible to register. Loosing potential customers. Would give minus stars if i could.

Reset password takes you to a demo webpage for a web layout theme.

The worst design, UI/UX ever. Looks like some tech handicapped created this. Good idea in this country where people cant even afford to buy a scooter for stuff like this but what to do nobody knows how to use technology sadly.

Cannot get through the verification process. Brompton need to read all these poor reviews and get it sorted. Hoped to hire a bike whilst visiting london after numerous attempts to verify my id I gave up. Good bike rubbish app

Brompton bike hire website advertised service in my city and there are docks on the street, but after I handed over my payment details and identification to the app, none of those docks show up in the app.

Terrible application, majority of the screen is blocked out by chat or make a request when your trying to scroll through a list of available locations. Further to that despite 4 locations showing for my destination on the website, none are shown in the App. Apparently that’s because they’re all booked at at 6am in the morning ;)

Can’t login, can’t hire a bike. Just a complete waste of time

I’ve never used an app that’s so bad. I tried for 10 mins to register and eventually gave up. Anything you have to click on takes you to a blank web page and nothing loads. I managed to do the first few pages by fully closing down the app and then reopening. But I couldn’t add my address. I was only thinking about hiring a bike, so got the app to see how to do it. It’s made up my mind not to bother. I can pretty much walk up and take a Lime Bike or Boris Bike.
