These people are almost running a scam The relationship manager has no clue of the issue even after calling and raising concern 10 times The helpers are not trained at all. Some just come and say they can’t really work at all. When asked for replacement, the manager goes into deep sleep. They take heavy subscription fee upfront and then the service is quickly dropped. I will call this company a fraud.

Due to their Shark tank presence, We thought that taking help of this platform will give us relaxing and worry less experience. But it seem to be vice versa. DUE TO MEDICAL CONDITIONS we opted broomees their consultant said that they take usually 2 to 10 day to assign helper but if you pre pay payment they will assign in 2 -3 days. So considering our urgency we paid the money and made a mistake by thinking that we will get a helper in 2-3 days. RM was assigned to us. Day 4. After paying money- After 3-4 days they assigned a helper we asked RM that did you talk to helper about timing and address and all she said yes off course. As we were busy in hospital we completely relied on it, later next day no one came at scheduled time some how we called helper and she said that she is not city since 10 days then what RM talk to and committed to us? This was irritating . Still we ignored as it happens.No call from RM even she did not replied to msgs for whole day (i havescreenshots) Day 5 or 6- RM called and apologised and said tomorrow they will have a next helper and she would definately come. Next day same thing happened no one came ans helper called as she has previous work she wont be able to come, how irresponsible organising is this Later again happened same thing for third time and we have asked for a refund a-lot mail trail happened where we have denied to take their services after such multiple experiences and asked for refund, in the name of policies they are not refunding money. So now i have paid ~8k, we got mentally stressed , time when in needed helper we did not got and now they are not refunding my money as well. I have no interest or time to write reviews but just to aware the people like us who think this app will make their life easier so guys it wont. Pleases be aware of this. And now have no option to forget about the money i paid to them for services.

This is the worst experience I have had with any subscription model, till date. You guys don't understand the customer's point of view while providing these services. Whether this experience is hyperlocal or PAN India unanimous is something I am not aware about. But the last 4/5 days since I subscribed to your services, I am highly disappointed. If the founder is looking into this, please act on making things better at your end. My experience: - A girl named Khushi became my first relationship manager and she said she would be the one taking care of all my requirements. She convinced me to pay the subscription fee and said she will assign a helper at the earliest. - After repeated reminders, she initiated the hunt for the cook needed. (check calls from my number to your support team, check the follow ups you guys did to get me to pay the subscription fee vis-s-vis your negligence of providing service post payment. - suddenly my relationship manager changed to Harsh Gaur. He started telling me all the gyaan of what is mentioned in the T&Cs and etc etc without showing empathy towards what my concerns were. If the T&Cs were so important, why the hell the first RM did not tell me all those things before asking payment from me. (listen to the recorded calls made to my registered number) - Harsh asked me where are the photos of the food made by the first assigned cook, and I was shocked to even comprehend this. Why don't you guys tell the customer all these things before asking them to pay? such a shady process is this. Do you expect me to keep clicking pictures of the food cooked and leave everything else? - there is no customer understanding and happiness you guys know and probably it is trickling down from the founders itself to the entire team. - I want to cancel the subscription immediately. I know you guys will create a ruckus around it. But imagine what I had to go through in just 5 days of subscribing to Broomees. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Listen to all the recorded calls (if the company/founders have invested in a good CRM tool) Check all the conversations happening between the two parties.

I am very happy with the service i have availed from here. I booked a cook. She comes on time. Makes me healthy meals that i can carry lunch to work. She makes my life easyy

You have to be awfully lucky to get a decent maid. Also in 7 days took 4 days uninformed leave. They claim a replacement if someone takes an off. Absolute lies. Never sent anyone, not even once. To the investors who invested in this bs - oops i guess

Great Online platform to hire a helper for home. Thanks to Broomees for making our life easy.

Basic communication lacking. During time of sign-up makes wrong commitment and doesn’t fulfill it afterwards. When asked to cancel the subscription upon not receiving the desired worker profile they took 3 weeks to “look into the problem” and provide a solution which suits their own terms. No regard to customer’s problem or issue. Their founders or top management are bunch of cowards who hide behind their employees and doesn’t have guts to talk to customers. Highly Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have recently given birth. All i needed was a helping hand who takes care of my baby and me in this time. Honestly i am grateful to them. It’s been not so hard anymore cuz she is there to help me through stuff. She really understands my concerns. Thankyou broomees

there is team is responsive i agree that, but the helpers lack a little of commitment. my it all matters on how to respond or act with them i have seen change in my helpers behaviour. you can definitely try!

Would really recommend these services. I come here after experiencing decent services from these guys. The placement and booking process was long tho not gonna lie. But it actually worked for me .
