Brother My Design Snap

A just got one without WiFi connection, should be allowed to import through usb. Shame

And it doesn’t even work with my Brother 1055x! Come on Brother, design a better app for us!

I have the Stellaire XJ1 and cannot get this app to find my machine. Yes I am on the same network Yama Yama Yama spent an hour na half on the phone with support to have them tell me to bring it in for service or send to brother for service! My machine isn’t even a month old! The snap app is the reason I wanted this machine. This and price point! Frustrated!

Love this revolutionary app! XJ1 is a beast! One star reviews all have a machine that doesn’t support this function, this app works flawlessly!

This looks like a really great app! How do I make it work with the PR1055X or is there a different app I should download?

I use this app on my new Brother Stellaire XE1 and I love it! So easy to set up. Very user friendly.

I was hoping I would be able to use both apps MyStitchMonitor and My Design Snap by brother but they aren’t compatible with my machine. I have a brother NQ3500D can you please make these apps compatible with my machine if not these two then other apps? Thank you.
