Self explanatory… I try to purchase passes and it charges my card but doesn’t give me the ride. Called customer services and they said there’s nothing they can do about it on their end.. deleted immediately

The app worked well last year but all of a sudden I can’t purchase tickets on the app now. It does not even let me add card information. What happened to this app.

This app is terrible. There are much better apps that community bus systems can purchase and which actually work… Routeshout is even better than this. Why do government bureaucracies have to waste so much trying to do their own thing when it comes to software and apps. Like there must be several thousand transit systems in the US and creating their own substandard, piece of junk app just is a waste of taxpayer dollars. On top of that government programmers, like most all government workers cannot get a job in the private sector because they lack the intelligence and education to work anywhere but for others like themselves. I wonder is we can sue to get these lowlifes fired. Seriously, Broward County, one of how many in Florida, and then with over 50 States and territories that is more than 2,000 governmental entities that all have wasted tons of money on duplicate efforts using incompetent talent.

This app has not been working for months. It has not been updated or fixed. There is no reply from a developer. Several people have reported the same errors. It’s a useless app if you can’t plan a trip and use the fares that have been prepaid.

Even the google can show us when the bus will come, but this app doesn’t show anything. Why??

I used to rely on this app everyday majority of the time it was perfect but now i can count the amount of times I’ve been able to even see any bus times this year on one hand everytime i open the app recently i find myself just switching to Apple Maps seconds later because i can’t seem to ever find out when a bus is coming regardless of where i am i feel like a fool for even having this app still on my device i feel like i would have better luck just flipping a coin to see when the bus is coming if i could give zero stars i would

This page keeps freezing. There is no information of accuracy here. When you tap on the route, you are looking for there is no information that shows you can just favorite it and that is about it.

All the routes where the bus stops are doesn’t showed at all. They need to do something about it

Not sure why, but every time I’ve tried to plan a route for the last 6 months it’s just come up with an error saying error: failure to fetch routes.

The new update for BCT mobile app is fine. However there needs to be a stay signed in option. Having to wait and type in user and password to log in while trying to pay for the bus fare when the bus shows up frustrates the bus operator as well as the people behind me who are trying to board the bus as well. That option needs to be available so that people aren’t required to sign in every single time they need to access their bus pass. It’s inconvenient and not really user oriented for practical daily use. Other than that it’s a well rounded app and easy to use. Please fix the issue with the sign in process.
