This one-month notice time policy…you’re just an app not an employment..

Dyrt men bra. Lite dålig info gällande hur pauser fungerar. Trodde jag skulle få behålla dagarna jag hade kvar innan jag pausade kontot men fick bara betala på nytt igen när pausen tog slut.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of interest in client satisfaction from Bruce. Despite being a paying customer, it seems like my concerns and feedback aren't being given the attention they deserve. It's frustrating to see a company prioritize profits over the happiness and well-being of its clients. I wouldn't recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a user-focused fitness solution.

Det här är säkert en bra för dem som gillar att testa många olika ställen även om jag upplevt att det finns för få ställen i nacka och runt Odenplan där jag rör mig. Det mest irriterande är dock att man måste avboka minst 2 timmar innan så blir man sen och får prickad så är man spärrad i 14 dagar eller får betala dyra pengar för att låsa upp. Nej Bruce jag kommer inte komma tillbaka, jag får leta upp ett nytt träningskort. Synd för jag gillar konceptet.

Greedy middle man. I love their business idea, and I was a member from 2018(ish) to 2022. I wish they got this right, but they really didn't. In the beginning they had cheap prices for members and were paying studios a fair share. But they were not making money. Instead of revising their finances, admitting their mistakes, increasing prices accordingly and keeping things fair, they started screwing everyone over bit-by-bit. Every other month a new weird rule would appear. First trying to earn more money if you are late. Then restricting which studios you can attend. Then restricting how many times you can attend a studio. Then trying to make even more money if you miss a booking. The studios were also making less and less money with the partnership. Of course the best studios jumped out or restricted the number of spots available for Bruce. Now it's 2024 and things are still getting worse and worse. Support your local studio, buy a "klippkort" or a membership directly with them. We don't need a greedy middle man.

Excellent app and great concept (that you can just go around and train / test different things every day) . Also an amazing support team and great sales. Quick to response and even quicker to accommodate what ever is needed. They have actually added several studios I asked about🙂. (1 chat message with the name and website of the studio is all that is needed).

The membership is great, lots of gym choices, but the app is terrible: it’s extremely slow and buggy. Searching for classes is a pain. I hope they improve the app, it’s a shame

Bruce and all the partner gyms and studios have literally helped me stay out of sesional depression! They also have the best customer support: one time my booking got messed up due to a technical reason so I showed up to the studio at the wrong time. The teacher had no problem accomodating me, and then a member from Bruce customer support reached out personally to apologize and wished me that the new class was fun. I really appreciate that there are actual humans giving customer support!! Plus I can use it when I go to other Swedish cities for work. Thank you team at Bruce! ❤️

Att skaffa BRUCE och övertala min man att göra detsamma har varit bland de bättre besluten i livet. Det berikar vardagen, gör träningen rolig och varierad, jag har lärt känna så mycket folk och testat så många coola studios. Förstår inte varför inte alla har BRUCE 😊

Tyvärr har Bruce kommit till en bottennivå. Det har blivit sämre och sämre. Det uppdateras inte vilka studios som är kvar och begränsingar på antal besök. I mitt fall så får jag endast gymma på samma gym 8 gånger, efter det måste jag byta gym!? Eller betala 100kr extra för varje dag? Hur patetiskt är det inte när man redan betalar 1500kr i månaden?… point 65 har inte funkat på flera år, ändå påstår dom att den är kvar i appen. Älskade Bruce engång i tiden, men tyvärr. Inte värt det.
