I have experienced very poor service. I called the customer service line repeatedly, but they didn’t answer my calls. Then I emailed the BSN customer service, and I received the same response: no answer! The service provided to customers is really bad. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience. Please improve your services! Thank you !

Apps mcm gampang..delete la apps ni..mcm x da function langsung

Apa masalah asyik nak kena block akaun ni, setiap kali kena block kena call corporate admin, penat kalau mcm ni password asyik kena tukar nk ingat password cukup la susah, do something la bsn!! Memalukan la asyik berdepan dengan benda yang sama ingat orang suka nak call2 mintak reset balik semua ni, dh byk kali dh ni bukan sekali dua!! Kalau boleh rate 0 star mmg saya bagi negatif terus!!

bila BSN nak buat app macam mybank2u or online transfer app lain susah laa nk buat sebarang pembayaran kene keluarkan cash jugak walau macam mana pun, zaman sekarang susah jumpa kedai pakai card semuanya QR atau transfer sahaja very complicated and if pegang cash kalau kene samun ke kene rompak macam mana, kalau ada online transfer or online app kan senang cash selamat x kene pergi bank dah lagi ii kalau area yang kita stay tu xde bank BSN so kene pergi jauh ii untuk keluarkan duit please la bukak mata…. and if ada orang masuk kerja pagi balik malam macam mana pulak dia nk keluarkan cash bank 12 dah tutup very hard…… fikir ii kan lah untuk kemajuan BSN dan memudahkan pengguna bank BSN

Can’t login via the app. The credentials are correctly entered but shows failed login. I can login successfully via the bsn webpage login but not the App. Please fix it !

Saya baru login apps nii,tapi dia tak tunjukkan quiq balance dengan transfer,adakah tunggu 12jam baru boleh buat pembayaran online

Kenapa sampai sekarang masih takde bsn app lagi? Kenapa boleh buat bsn secure, tapi berat sangat nak buat bsn punya app. Bank lain semua dah ada

BSN always have a problem and maintenance’s, i reffer the apps , system and also the ATM machines! Why BSN why? Please make the thing easiest like others bank company do. Please fix all ur problem.
