I noticed that my photos hadn’t been backed up since April and where’s the menu gone where I used to see how many photos were backed up?

Most unfriendly user interface I have ever encountered. Slow and clunky. The search option is so bad it’s easier to scroll through thousands of photos than to try the search engine. Use another cloud storage option, this one is awful.

I have downloaded the new update and now the app doesn't open properly and will not do a back up, all I want to do is put all photos and videos somewhere safe

Initially after the app update nothing backed up, but now it works perfectly. I can view stuff backed up on other devices Thanks for sorting out

Since last upgrade app no longer works!

1st March 2024 Finally you have managed to get the app working! Wasn’t so hard after all was it? Why wait for such a long time to update the app when there’s problems? Well BT, for a communication company your pretty poor! This app has not been updated, and now all my images are not accessible! Why would you still have an app listed, that does not work with the latest firmware? Like most things BT do, they are a rule to themselves, and this just about sums them up! Wake up and update.

I have tried this app over the years because it is part of my BT contract to use, it is so bad I leave it for one or two years and then go back to see if has improved but no, still as buggy as ever and not worth spending the time on it. it is even worse on the PC as it takes literally hours to get to the end of your photos.

Great storage, plenty of space and easy to navigate

I’ve been using this app for a long time, yet it has always been buggy. The biggest pain is that when I view “all files” from my iPhone, the backed up directory structure has missing folders. Other times? I can see all folders. And other times, it tells me there’s no content, when I drill down into a folder from “all files” That makes the app unusable for me. As this problem has now existed for a couple of years, I suppose the app will never work as expected. Google Drive and Dropbox are also on my iPhone and they have always worked quickly and flawlessly. Sigh sigh sigh sigh (of despair)

Takes forever to attempt to back up and never completes! Take a leaf out of Amazon Photos backup - instantaneous and no fuss!
