Awful and costing us business
There is such a delay when on a call with someone it is impossible to hold a conversation. This is if you even get to the connection stage. I cannot put into words how bad this app is.

There is such a delay when on a call with someone it is impossible to hold a conversation. This is if you even get to the connection stage. I cannot put into words how bad this app is.
Way to complicated to even change ring order for staff
This system has lost us business because they keep changing the menu for Extension Setttings - now you must keep adding a rule and then only 15 rings max and must go to another number?? What about if you don’t have enough different numbers to ring??? It gets in a loop and the caller cannot get through to you at all. Tried to watch videos on Ring Central - awful audio, could hardly understand what they were saying (American Accent) and it didn’t help at all. Dreading when copper has gone - the internet in not reliable in the whole of the UK especially if you don’t live in a City!!
Phone doesn’t always ring when a call is coming through. App logs me out without notice and I miss calls. Can’t send texts or do conferencing only calls due to a “temporary server issue”. It’s not temporary, it’s permanent. Absolute rubbish.
Absolutely more trouble than it’s worth
When a contact calls you, it displays only their initials. With hundreds of contacts in the directory it is impossible to know who is calling you. If the app is not open then incoming calls show only the phone number and no contact information.
It was hard work before, but what in the mess is this new update. Let’s find the most difficult way possible to navigate, then see what we can do from there. Blimey.
Great being able to change account settings from within the app.
Falls over regularly making random beeping noises. what should be a flexible voip phone system is instead a cavalcade of calling back and apologising for the state of your phone system. Four years of updates have yet to change this basic problem.
You try and change things like opening hours. That’s fine but you still get phone calls and it doesn’t do anything. It has one star as you can phone on it, but thats about it. Old software technology from BT. Wonderful.
