I have an account in this bank. I wanted to install this application on my phone, but I couldn't. After agreeing to comply with the rules, I click the "continue" button and get not to the next step, but to the phone settings. I tried several times. The phone is checked, there are no restrictions. But I can't install this application. I don't understand what the problem is.

I opened a bank account, tried to install the application, but could not log in to it. When I went to the bank to find out how I can log in, they said that since I am not a resident of Romania, I cannot use this application. Why did they open an account for me if I can't use all the functions. I closed my account in this bank. I do not recommend it to those who are not residents of Romania.

⚠️BE CAREFUL with incoming swift payments. Manager in bank branch promised my zero commission when I receive money through switch system. But I lost every 6 USD per 100 USD. Yes, you understand right, 6% tax just for receiving your money. I know about tax for a sender (already payed additional 3% as sender in another bank). Good thing that I just checked how it works and sent only 100 USD instead of 10000 USD, just imagine it would be 600 USD tax 🤦

I can't register in the App, I have bank account, but I am not a Romanian citizen. I can’t use my card in Wallet for pay using my phone. In bank they told that this app is only for Romanian… I recommend to use another bank

Good afternoon . why you don’t give access to cards to Ukrainians. they opened an account, but how to use it if nothing can be confirmed even to pay for online purchases.

Terribly! I have never seen such discrimination in any country and any bank... after all, if a person is not a Romanian citizen, he cannot use this application, because it is impossible to enter even without a Romanian passport, although foreigners also pay taxes to the local budget!

I’m not a romanian citizen and I literally cannot register in this damned app.. on registration funnel I tried photographing all my documents in disposal several times and I always get refusal in its validation. Looks like it’s impossible to register if you not romanian! How come? Why then you write that “if you are not romanian resident, use your local ID and all be fine” and then you always refuse any of my IDs?

App not working when you change your phones. It’s very disappointing. Additionally I’m not Romanian resident - app not allowing me to register with my passport (although it was possible on previous phone) and staff in the bank office were unable to fix this issue

After update I lost access to app. So now I’m working in another country and can’t to send money for my family. I can’t to control my balance. Because in ur app had recommendations to update after what I can’t to enter to app. I must to inform Ukrainian people about this situation. To many seaman’s start to use ur bank. But nobody know about this problem.
