Bubble Arena: Cash Prizes

I’ve had the game not for long and added 8$ I have not used all of $8 yet. And when I go to withdraw it is telling me most of MY money is bonus cash. Why can I not withdraw even if it is bonus cash it should be mine to do what I please with it although I am playing the game and it’s fun and I would give 5 stars except when I go and try to withdraw its basically telling me I’m not going to get my money. What is up with that?

Dear Bubble Arena. Your Customer service is not responding. Contacted them multiple times even emailed them. Withdrawal request still pending for a month now. What happened to your customer support team? I cannot withdraw my winnings because there is still a pending withdrawal request. I hope you can address my concern because I've been waiting for your response for almost a month now.

This app kept pushing me to spend money. I exited out of their offer but then got a notification they took money from me, I got nothing in return. Deleted the app because it’s shady. Don’t download.

Figured I’d try it out, apparently though the game also contains scams like “watch this ad to enter a game with cash rewards”, but then after watching it just tells you the game is full and gives you nothing in return. This happened 4x in a row. Don’t trust it Edit based on dev response: waiting for the next time might be a decent excuse if it also didn’t require you to watch an ad again each time. So you watch an ad, find out the game is full, and if you try again, you still have to rewatch an ad each time. It’s a terrible system

The ad for this game is a guy about to actually kill himself because he’s broke??? It’s in such poor taste.

Rated one star, sadly cannot go lower. This particular game is set up for your failure. Move on to another one!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! It is COMPLETELY ran by A.I. bots. Any positive reviews you read on here are bought and paid for by the app developer! How do I know this?? Shortly after I downloaded the app, I received a message from the developer offering money for positive reviews similar to companies that see products on Amazon. I hadn’t even played one game yet and they wanted me to write a good review on the App Store but I didn’t respond back immediately. After playing on the app for a week I realized that the algorithm is completely ran by artificial intelligence and and bots. If you like losing money, this is the app for you!

I’ve played this game pretty regularly the last year and it’s been fine but the last month or so it is taking days to get results for cash games. I unfortunately feel like it’s a tactic for you to spend more money while you wait for the results. I’ve sent them many messages with broken English responses. The last message told me it can take 24 hours but it’s never been like that before and I have some matches that have been pending for 3 days. Over it. Time to find a new game. Do not play the money games!

I deposited less than what I want so far I’m liking the game they really do pay!

Too slow for time spent and prizes. Not like add said(?). Why a payout from me if I'm making more than deposit request? Not fun enough for me. Sorry.
