버블 4500원을 결제했는데 후에 5500원이 더 결제 됐네요. 이런 경우에 관한 답변이 없고 문의할 곳이 없습니다. 해결해주셔야 할 것 같네요

질문

스토어를 통해 정기 결제를 끊었는데도 카카오페이에 돈이 들어오니 4500원이 자동으로 나갔습니다. 혹시나 하는 마음에 어플 안에 들어가 봤는데 저와 배우가 연결된 흔적은 보이지 않았습니다. 제게 돌아오는 것은 하나도 없고 그냥 돈만 나간 거죠. 설정에 들어가보니 4월 13일에 만료된 개인권이라고 뜹니다. 이는 제가 버블을 끊었음에도 회원탈퇴도 하지 않고 어플을 지우지 않았기에 일어난 일일까요? 혹시 환불받는 방법은 없을까요?
