The game is fun and challenging. However, full of bugs the developers need to work out. The short videos to earn points often don’t load. Also the short videos you’re forced to watch to acquire the last few bubbles suddenly freezes the game. You’ll loose everything and it’s frustrating.
I’ll win a level, then the game suddenly crashes, nè it doesn’t register that I won. But it takes the energy.

I enjoy this game immensely, but it’s very difficult to get points or bonuses. It used to give you some thing at the start of every game now you have to play games and play games before you can even get gifts and half the time you can’t even get those I wish they would upgrade this back to the way it was. Thank you.

The game is frozen for me . It says it’s downloading all of the islands I have passed and doesn’t do anything else . I will like to play the game . As I stopped for a long time because it kept freezing . Can Simone fix this . I’ve made it so far and would hate to delete the game
This is a fun game but, it seems like once i started buying gems the games freeze which make me loose for that round. So I can purchase more rounds for credits to play. I stopped playing for a year or so. Came back now 2024 with the same issues. If you watch a video or purchase extra balls to complete a level the game freezes and cause you to loose and waste your money. Please fix the issues with the game. Its not fair for us to purchase perks to win & loose because the game freezes.
I enjoy the game but I’ve been stuck on a level forever. I don’t mind a challenge but I hate not being able to progress. May look for another similar game because I’ve been stuck too long.
His game crashes ALLLLL the time, especially after you’ve won a level or spent money on gems. Such a waste of time and money. STAY AWAYYY, don’t do it to yourself
