업뎃후 답장이 안뜸 몇시간 지나서 뜸

한 번 끊어졌을 때 디데이 초기화 안 되게 해주시면 안 될까요 ㅠㅠ?? 꽤 오랫동안 구독해왔고 디데이 점점 쌓이는 거 보면서 매일매일 설렜었는데 한 순간에 사라지면 속상할 것 같아요......🥲🥲 이번에 수능이 얼마 안 남아서 잠시 끊었다가 시험 보고 다시 하려고 했는데... 디데이가 사라져버리면........ 슬퍼욥...

our box 칸 수 좀 늘려주세요

버블이 일주일에만 20개는 넘게 오는데 our box는 통틀어서 9개밖에 없으니까 너무 금방 차서 불편해요 내가 기억하고 싶은 메시지 좀 저장하겠다는데 애초에 개수 제한을 왜 걸어둔 건지도 모르겠어요;;

환불부탁해요

관리자님 제가 6월 26일날 구독권을 해지했는데 최근에 결제내역을보니까 7월4일에 결제가 되어있더라고요. 전 당연히 6월달 해지한날 버블앱 지우고 살았어서 결제된지도 몰랐고요. 최근에 확인해서 부랴부랴 앱깔고 문의하기에서 환불 요청했는데 앱스토어에서 하라하더군요. 환불부탁드립니다.

버블 일자 초기화 되는 건 이해가 안되네요

300일 가까이 버블 사용했는데 카드 결제 오류로 일자가 초기화 됐네요? 오늘 2일차 됐네요? 지금 장난하는 것도 아니고 인간적으로 복원 시킬 순 있어야 하는 거 아닌가요? 갑자기 오류내놓고선 초기화 ㅋㅋ 어제 너무 화나고 현타가 왔네요 이런 결제방법이 이해가 안 가고 이해하고 싶지도 않습니다 피해받으신 분도 많은 것 같은데 왜 고치려는 노력을 안 할까요?
